Foreword

Following the range of the rubber market, customers requirements is much more strict than before. For product, they ask not only the brightness but also the gloss.

Then theSurface treatment technique is called out.
The surface treatment own some advantages ,
such as:
Increased the brightness and gloss、Reduced the friction during the parts fitting、Extended the useful-life of the product.

Now our factory have developed some methods for surface treatment.
such as :
TRC 2045 can meet NSF 61 (silicone-contained coating)
TRC 4198 for Automotive Application (silicone-free coating)
Molybdenum vulcanize treatment for High Temperature Application Graphite treatment
Talc treatment for General Application (To avoid parts sticking)

TRC 2045 meet NSF 61 Treatment

TRC2045 treatment can meet the NSF 61. Now we have used this technique to obtain the NSF certificate application.

TRC 4198 Treatment

TRC 4198 is Silicone-Free treatment, this treatment is use for Automotive application.

Molybdenum vulcanize / Graphite / Talc Treatment

Product Friction Testing

In order to check the treatment effect ,we have some test equipment to evaluate the friction .

Product Friction Testing

The product’s Friction is reduced obviously. Before surfacetreatment , the friction is 15.0N ; But after the surface treatment , it only 6.8N , reduced about §.2 N.
